In the case of composite works, the bidder must have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as follows: - Amounts of 42208721.52 and 4535324.15, - Percentages of (-) 0.83 and (-) 1.50, which seem to be related to the bidding amount.
