The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The values mentioned include 75132469.00, 1500499.87, and 183335.71, which are related to the tender amounts. The percentages of similar works completed are 30%, 40%, and 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of subletting, the subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required. The definition of similar work includes works like CTR, TSR, TRR, TTR, TWR, TFR, and deep screening, lifting of track, shallow screening, pre and post BCM work, de-stressing, and P.Way linking work. The tenderer must submit an Experience Certificate as per the format prescribed, duly self-attested/digitally signed on each page, along with the copy of the respective letter of acceptance/agreement for which the experience certificate has been produced.
