The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing similar works within the last 07 years. The technical eligibility criteria specify the following conditions: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, which is 6189389.97. - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, which is 8253250.56. - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender, which is 12378759.83. In the case of composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The bidder should submit an attested copy of the Experience Certificate and a list of completed works in the last three financial years, providing details such as description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award, and date of scheduled completion of work. Substantially Completed Work means an ongoing work in which payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years. The advertised value of the tender is 20631266.39.
