Solar Foods Oy (hereinafter "customer" or "procurement unit") Requests a Tender for the Procurement Notice Sent to the Hilma notification channel, as well as the Procurement of Electrical Energy According to this Request for Tenders and Appendices Until the End of 2026. The Contract Period Begins Immediately After the Contract is Signed. The goal of the competition is to conclude an agreement in which the margin, price determination criteria and price fixing and invoicing practices are agreed upon. Solar Foods' estimated electricity consumption is presented in Appendix 3 of the request for tenders. The delivery is a so-called open delivery, which covers all of Solar Foods' electricity use in the locations included in the contract. Solar Foods is responsible for ensuring that the items included in the contract have a valid online contract. The procurement unit selects one (1) supplier with whom the contract will be concluded. Solar Foods Oy is building a laboratory facility in Factory 01, whose operation is intended to begin in the fall of 2023. Through this tender, Microbiological Safety Cabinets will be procured for the laboratory, as well as their maintenance services, which must meet the requirements specified in more detail in the procurement documents.
