In case of executed quantity is less than 75% of the total tendered quantity of all pitching, rock toe, and embankment items, these will be treated on similar lines. Payment of quantities in excess of 125% of tendered quantity will be made @ 90% of the contract rate in R.A. bills for all excavated quantities. The bidder's experience in similar works is considered, with a requirement for certificates issued by Executive Engineer in case of Govt./Semi Govt. works and head of offices in case of other organisations. The bidder's bid capacity is calculated based on their prior work experience and ongoing works. The calculation of bid capacity is as follows: Bid Capacity = (A x N x 2) - B, where A is the maximum updated value of civil engineering works done during the year, N is the time period of tender in years, and B is the value declared in Format 4. The amount of similar type of work shall be updated at current rate cost at a rate of 10% increase per year from the year of completion.
