The required prior work experience for the bidder includes general experience, annual turnover, and bid capacity. For general experience, the bidder should have successfully executed the following quantities during any one year of the previous five years: - DTC & Allied works: 200 KVA - HT LINE & Allied works: 3.00 KM These quantities are 30% of the tender quantity. The bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 80.27 Lakhs (excluding advances) in any one year from the last five financial years, which is 75% of the annual price of the tender, Rs. 107.03 Lakhs. The bid capacity should not be less than the cost of the work put to tender, Rs. 214.05 Lakhs, calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last 5 years. The bidder should provide details of their experience in completing similar works, including quantities executed, financial turnover, and period of completion. They should also provide information on any penalties, fines, or stop notices imposed on them in the past, as well as details of experience in monthly placement of important items and mobilising large value contracts with modern technology.
