The Siquijor State College, Larena, Siquijor, Through The Government Of The Philippines (gop), Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Nine Hundred Fifty-three Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Pesos And 89/100 (₱1,953,660.89) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Project “installation Of Roofing At The 4-storey Multi-purpose (cbm) Building And Rse-195-271-23”. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Siquijor State College (ssc) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Qty. Construction Of The Parapet Wall With Plastering And Painting Works At The Roof Deck Of The 4-storey Multi-purpose (cbm) Building. 2. Liquid Waterproofing At The Roof Deck Edges. 3. Installation Of Wooden Truss And Galvanized Iron (g.i.) Roofing With Painting Works. 4. Construction Of Concrete Gutter And Polyvinyl Chloride (pvc) Pipes For Plumbing Works. (kindly See The Attached Individual Program Of Works, Detailed Estimates, Plans) Total Abc: ₱ 1,953,660.89 Completion Of The Works Is Two Hundred Ten (210) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidder Should Possess A Valid Pcab License With Size Range Small B License Category C & D And Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project With A Value Of At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc. 3. Interested Bidders Must Not Have Any Ongoing Contract In Ssc That Shows A Negative Slippage Of At Least Fifteen Percent (15%) In Any One Project Or A Negative Slippage Of At Least Ten Percent (10%) In Each Of Two (2) Or More Contracts In Accordance With Section 34.3 (b) (ii) (a) Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Ra No. 9184 (updated As Of 03 July 2023).
