This Request For Supplier Qualifications (the “rfsq”) Issued By Simon Fraser University (“sfu”) Is An Invitation To Submit Non-binding Offers For The Provision Of Coaching And Consulting Services And/or Training And Facilitation Services As Further Described In Appendix B. It Is Sfu’s Intention To Enter Into Standing Offer Agreements (see Appendix F) With Multiple Legal Entities. The Term Of The Agreement Is To Be For A Period Of Three (3) Years, With An Option In Favour Of Sfu To Extend The Agreement On The Same Terms And Conditions For Up To Two (2) Additional Years. Sfu Will Re-open The Rfsq At Least Annually To Allow Pre-qualification Of Additional Vendors. It Is Anticipated That The Agreement Will Be Executed Around December 2024.
