Personnel Who Require Access To Va Computer Systems Shall Be Subject To All Necessary Background Investigations And Receive A Favorable Adjudication From The Va Office Of Security And Law Enforcement To Ensure Compliance With Such Policy. If Such Investigation Has Not Been Completed Prior To Contract Commencement, The Contractor Shall Be Responsible For The Actions Of Those Individuals Performing Under The Contract. c.
