Details: Notice Of Intent To Extend Current Contract (sp0600-98-d-5885) To Tpm Inc. 940 Dunster Ct., Alpharetta, Ga 30009. The Proposed Procurement Is For Services That The Government Intends To Solicit And Negotiate With Only One Source Under The Authority Of Far 6.302-1(a)(2)(i)(a). dla Energy, Overseas Storage And Services Division, Bulk Petroleum Business Unit-fesba Has A Current Contract In Place To Provide Contractor-owned Contractor-operated (coco) Fuel/storage Services At Schofield Barracks, Hawaii To Provide The Services Of Procuring, Receipt, Storage And Handling And Issue Of Dla Energy Fuel Products. This Includes Services For The Operation, Maintenance, Product Quality Surveillance, Inventory Control And Accounting, Security, Safety, And Environmental Protection To Provide Retail/bulk Fuel Services Security, And Safety Of Government Aviation And Ground Fuel Facilities At Schofield Barracks Hawaii.
the Incumbent Contractor Is Also Required To Provide The Following:
a Bulk Storage/retail Fuel Facility That's Equipped With The Following Capabilities: Thirteen (13) Dual/single Hose. Dispensers For Issue Of Unleaded, Jp-8/f-24 And Diesel Fuels; One (1) Bulk Loading Rack With Canopy, And Three (3) Bottom Loading Points. The Contractor Provides The Capability To Store 40,000 Gallons Of Bulk Jp-8/f-24 In Two (2) (double Wall Fiber Glass Asts), 20,000 Gallons Of Unleaded Gas In One (1) Ast, And 20,000 Gallons Of Diesel In One (1) Ast.

a New System Was Implemented On 3 January 2023 To Screen Visitors And Contractors For Installation Access At Dscr. The New System Is Designed To Increase Efficiencies, Enhance The Protection Of Personal Information During The Vetting Process And Eliminate The Use Of Hard Copy Dla Form 1815s.
the New Screening System Will Require Visitors And Contractors To Pre-enroll In Dbids (defense Biometric Identification System). To Begin The Process, Visitors And Contractors Will Complete Registration Through The Pre-enrollment Website: Https://dbids-global-enroll.dmdc.mil.
upon Entry Of Their Information, Visiting Personnel Will Be Provided An Electronic Form To Download, Which Will Have An Individualized Barcode And Alpha Numeric Code. The Codes Will Be Electronically Sent To The Visiting Person’s Sponsor. Once In Receipt Of The Barcode, The Sponsor Will Email Security And Emergency Services And Provide The Barcode And Sponsorship Information. Once The Visitor/contractor Is Vetted And Approved For Installation Access, Security & Emergency Services Will Notify The Sponsor That The Visitor/contractor Can Go To The Dscr Visitor Center To Obtain His/her Pass. At The Visitor Center, The Visitor Provides The Barcode And Code Provided Earlier In The Process And Completes The Credentialing Process.
