Delivery Will Be Done As Per Quantity Mentioned In Ss-11, Joint Inspection Report And D.o Only. The Purchaser Will Be Responsible For The Safety Of His Labours And Other Staff In Railway Premises. The Purchaser Shall Be Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage To Any Other Railway Property/facility/equipments Whether Due To His Negligence Or Otherwise. Purchaser Should Personally Visit The Site And The See The Lot In Regard To Loading/lifiting Since The Sleepers Are In Scattered Condition. No Claim Will Be Entertained After Sale Of Lot.
