Sbh | School Construction Hamburg, as the state company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as Sbh), has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing the school properties, taking school interests into account according to economic principles, and transferring the more than 400 schools to the School Authority And vocational training (bsb) for rent. The replacement, located on Mendelstrasse, will result in a major restructuring of the location, including centralization of the technology. The chosen supporting structure made of wooden beam ceiling with Delta Beam favors the construction period and allows for later conversions as well as the use of sustainable building materials.
