Sbh | School Construction Hamburg, as the state company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as Sbh), has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing the school properties, taking school interests into account according to economic principles, and transferring the more than 400 schools to the School Authority And vocational training (bsb) for rent. The subject of this construction project is the renovation of the Strenge primary school. The school is located on Strenge 5, 22391 Hamburg (Wellingsbüttel). The building was built in 1936 and is a listed building. There are three floors with a total usable area of approximately 2,940 m². The construction site facility area is located in the school yard behind the building. Access is via Huswedelweg (alternatively via Strenge). The construction project will take place while the school is in operation, and mobile classrooms will be built on the site. The work is divided into 4 construction phases, which are carried out in direct sequence: 0.ba: 2 emergency stairs on the street side and auditorium 1.ba: renovation of the basement auditorium and the specialist rooms above it 2.ba: renovation of the south wing on the street side, ground floor, first floor 3.ba: Renovation East Wing Ug, Eg, Og The construction work is divided into this level according to the aforementioned construction phases and additionally divided into "renovation" and "conversion". The renovation measures include all services that are necessary for the proper renovation of the school. The school is divided into compartments. All subsequent changes are taken into account. The parquet floors in the classrooms are being refurbished and resealed. Solnhofen slabs are laid in the hallways and stairwells, which are cleaned and refurbished. In addition, some rooms are equipped with rubber flooring. The tiled floors and walls in the sanitary areas are retained as the sanitary areas were only renewed a few years ago. The walls remain largely intact. To create the compartments, some wall breakthroughs will be made, and below some corridor walls will be demolished. The acoustic ceilings are all removed and will be replaced.
