The bid capacity required in the given tender can be calculated using the formula: Bid Capacity = (Item-wise rate x Weightage factor) for each item Total Bid Value = Σ (Item-wise rate x Weightage factor) for all items Where Item-wise rate is the rate offered by the tenderer for each item, and Weightage factor is the weightage factor assigned to each item. The weightage factors for each item are as follows: * Trimming Paper / Printed Forms / Obsolete Books & Forms (excluding Newsprint): 9.0 * Reel Top Waste Paper (White): 0.4 * Reel End Paper: 0.1 * Reel core in different sizes (Average core weight 3 kg): 0.1 * Newsprint Trimmings / Newsprint Printed Forms / Newsprint Obsolete Books / Newsprint Top waste / Newsprint Reel End paper & Core and all kinds of Packing Board / Wrapper and spiral white cuttings from perfect binding: 0.1 * Water soaked scrap paper/ core & cover: 0.1 * Rejected Aluminium Plate: 0.1 * Plastic Wrapper/ chat & bags: 0.1 Additionally, the Earnest Money (EMD) of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) is to be deposited by way of electronic fund transfer mode, although it is exempted for MSMEs & State/Central Government organizations/ Public Sector Enterprise.
