Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years Immediately Prior The Date Of Bid Opening Herein, A Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) Of At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc And Should Possess A Valid Pcab License Applicable To The Contract.
