The Santa Maria Water District Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Any Quotation, And To Annul The Procurement Process And Reject All Quotations At Any Time Prior To Contract Award, Without Thereby Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Supplier Or Suppliers.
