The Successful Candidate Will Need To Operate Within The Set Budget, Ensure All Health And Safety And Environmental Health Standards Are Achieved And Our 5-star Rating Is Maintained. There Are Exciting Changes To The Service We Operate At Present, Which Will Be An Interesting Challenge For The Post Holder As Their Input And Organisational Skills Will Be Required. Candidates Must: - Possess Nvq Level 2 Or 3 In Food Preparation/catering And Food Hygiene. - Have Experience Of Catering Within A Commercial Or Care Setting. - Have Knowledge Of Haccp And Food Hygiene Regulations. - Be Over 18 Years Of Age.
