You Should Be Competent In Food Standards As Detailed By The Fsa Food Law Code Of Practice And Have The Ability To Carry Out Inspections In Accordance With The Relevant Legislation And National Codes Of Practice. A Relevant Product Safety Qualifications Is Also Highly Desirable. You Must Be Competent With Microsoft Office And Use Of The Internet And Be An Excellent Communicator At All Levels.
