The Sandiganbayan, Through The General Appropriations Act Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty-three Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (php23,800,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of One (lot) Supply And Delivery Of Ten (10) Units Brand New Motor Vehicles For The Sandiganbayan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Per Item/lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Lot No. One (1) Lot Reference No. Sb-bid08-2024 Description Supply And Delivery Of Ten (10) Units Brand New Motor Vehicles For The Sandiganbayan: Three (3) Units Sports Utility Vehicle (suv) And Seven (7) Units Passenger Van Abc Total Abc: Php23,800,000.00 • Suv: Php2,100,000.00/unit • Passenger Van: Php2,500,000.00 /unit 2. The Sandiganbayan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods/services Is Required Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days From The Issuance And Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed For The Three (3) Units Suv And Within One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days From The Issuance And Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed For The Seven (7) Units Passenger Van. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
