Description Preventive Maintenance For 52 Units Of Cctv Cameras And Its Component Installed At Sandiganbayan Quezon City, For The Period Of June 2024 To June 2025 Scope Of Work: - Quarterly Cleaning Of Dvrs,. - Quarterly Cleaning Of Cctv, Monitors, Parts And Accessories At The Monitoring Room; - Quarterly Checks All Powers Ac, Rj45 Connector To Ensure The Plugs Are Not Loose; - Quarterly Check If All Controls Equipment Is Operational; - Quarterly Check Wiring And Cables Hardness For Wear And Tear; - Quarterly Check Connector And Cables Entry Points For Loose Wiring - Quarterly Check Of All Camera And Ptz Operation And Adjust Focus If Necessary; - Quarterly Cleaning Of All Cameras/lens And Adjust If Necessary; - Contractor Shall Provide Service Unit For All Defective Cameras And Other Components. ** Aside From The Quarterly Schedule Of Preventive Maintenance, A Service Shall Always Be On Call In Case Of Any Cctv Parts Or Its Equipment Malfunction Or Become Defective On Any Days Between Quarterly Preventive Maintenance And Shall Provide Personnel Within 24 Hrs And Shall Also Conduct Monthly Checking. And Submit Written Reports For Every Inspection Duly Signed By The Inspector And The Supervisor, Report Shall Include A Summary Of Inspection.
