The Prospective Bidders Shall Bid For The Provision Of Catering Services For At Least 160 Pax/ Scheduled Date For Breakfast, Am Snack, Buffet Lunch, Pm Snack For The Supply And Delivery Of Catering Package For The Conduct Of Gender And Development Training To San Jose National High School. As Follows: Buffet Meals For At Least 160pax/scheduled Date For Breakfast, Am Snack, Buffet Lunch, Pm Snack For The Supply And Delivery Of Catering Package For The Conduct Of Gender And Development Training To San Jose National High School Of At Least The Following Foods: A. Chicken Dish E. Bottled Drinking/juice B. Fish/seafood Dish F. Dessert C. Vegetables Dish G. Rice D. Pork/beef H. Snacks ***the Service Provider Shall Submit Menu Options Per Meal. Food Requirements June 1-2, 2024, 160 Pax, Breakfast, Am Snack, Buffet Lunch, Pm Snack Following Foods: Breakfast – Fried Rice, Drinks, Fruits, Bread, At Least Two (2) Viands. Am Snack- Bread/biscuit, Soft Drinks/water/juice Lunch–steamed Rice, Drinks, Dessert And At Least Four (4) Viands. Pm Snack- Traditional Filipino Snacks, Drink 1. The Caterer Shall Provide The Set Of Plates, Spoon And Fork, Flatware, And All Necessary Dining Materials Good For Above-mentioned Participants With Reasonable Allowance. The Caterer Shall Provide Long Table For Food And Table For Guests. 2. The Caterer Shall Provide Service Staff With Their Proper Uniform. 3. The Caterer Shall Set Up The Stage Decoration. Iii. Other Terms And Conditions A. All Other Incidental Expenses In The Performance Of This Agreement/package Shall Be Covered By The Provider Unless Previously Agreed To By The San Jose National High School. B. Payment Shall Be Made Upon Caterer’s Issuance Of Statement Of Account Subject To Applicable Taxes. C. All Bid Prices Shall Be Considered As Fixed Prices, And Therefore Not Subject To Price Escalation During Contract Implementation. D. The Caterer Shall Strictly Observe And Implement Iatf Safety Protocols Against Covid-19. E. Only The Suppliers From The Vicinity Of Montalban Can Participate.
