Rural Works Department Tender

The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a prime contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last five years preceding the year in which bids are invited. For tender amounts more than 2.5 cr, the bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 50% of the tender amount, and the total value of similar works completed should be at least 100% of the tender amount in the last 5 years. Additionally, the bidder should have completed at least one similar work with a value of at least 25% of the tender amount in the last 5 years. The bidder must have satisfactorily completed at least one work of a similar nature, with a value of not less than 50% of the estimated value of the work tendered, in the last five years preceding the year in which the tender is invited, with a completion of not less than 90% as a prime contractor or duly authorized sub-contractor by the Employer. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - At least 50% of the tender amount for one work - At least 100% of the tender amount for total similar works completed - At least 25% of the tender amount for at least one similar work - Not less than 90% completion as a prime contractor or duly authorized sub-contractor by the Employer. The bidder should provide proof of completion of similar works in the prescribed format, along with a list of similar works in hand. The bidder should also provide a list of works for which bids are already submitted for tender amounts more than 2.5 cr.
