Additionally, the bidder should have completed works of a similar nature, with a value tied to the bid amount, and the lead partner in a joint venture should meet at least 50% of the qualification criteria, while each remaining partner should meet at least 25% of the qualifying criteria. The bidder must have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor or subcontractor at least one similar work of a value not less than 25% of the amount put to bid. The amount is updated to the price level of the preceding financial year in which bids are invited.
