The bidder must have been in the consulting business for more than 5 years from the date of Incorporation on the last date of submission of the proposal. The bidder is required to have completed assignments of a similar nature in any sector during the last seven years. The bidder must have successfully completed at least one assignment of similar nature, having a project value of each ≥ 10 Cr, in the Sports infrastructure under Central/State Govt./Autonomous bodies operated under Govt. administrative control/Govt. recognized sports associations/deemed universities during the last 5 Years. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should have completed at least one assignment of similar nature with a total value of ≥INR 10 Crores. The project value refers to the total value of a group of projects, i.e., only the cost of infrastructure and not the consultancy fee. The bidder should also provide copies of the work order, contract document, or completion certificate from previous clients along with the above information. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum annual average turnover (from consulting/advisory services) of at least INR 05 Crore in the last 3 Financial Years. The average annual turnover will be evaluated as follows: - Average Annual Turnover of INR up to 05 Crore – 7 Marks - Average Annual Turnover more than INR 05 Crore– 3 Marks (Extra), making it a total of 10 marks for this criterion. The definition of similar work is clearly defined with reference to the domain, sector, or industry and function area of the scope of work, which refers to Concept, Design, Engineering & DPR for projects related to the planning and development of sports infrastructure(s).
