The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a prime contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume. In case of Pile/Well foundation work, they should have completed Well Sinking/piling of at least 0.00 M, which is 50% of the Total Pile Length. The bidder should have completed work as a prime contractor in the same name and style, with a value of at least 1.3 times the value of the works, and a minimum of 50% of the bridge length of the tender invited. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least 22.69 M Length of single bridge work, with a minimum of 50% of the bridge length of the tender invited. Additionally, in case of Pile/Well foundation work, the bidder should have experience of Well Sinking/piling of at least 0.00 M, which is 50% of the Total Pile Length. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum financial turnover of at least Rs. 350.745 Lac in any one year, and satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, at least 22.69 M length of single bridge work, which is a minimum of 50% of the bridge length of the tender invited. The required prior work experience includes completion of similar works during the last 5 years, with a list of similar works in hand, and the bidder's available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value. The bidder should provide proof of completion of similar works, including a list of similar works in the prescribed format, and details of works in progress or contractually committed, accompanied by certificates from the concerned officer of the minimum rank of Nodal/Executive Engineer or equivalent. The bidder should have experience in works of similar nature and size for each of the last five years, with the total monetary value of civil construction works performed for each of the last five years, and details of works in progress or contractually committed. The values and percentages of similar works completed mentioned are: - 22.69 M Length of single bridge work - 50% of the bridge length of the tender invited - 0.00 M (50% of the Total Pile Length) of well sinking/piling work - Rs. 350.745 Lac (one and a half times the estimated cost of the project) - 1.3 times the value of the works - 50% of the total pile length.
