Additionally, the bid capacity required includes:
1. Similar Nature of Work: (Value of similar work executed in last 5 years) / (Estimated cost of the tender) ≥ 0.75
2. Total Financial Turn Over: (Total financial turn over in last 5 years) ≥ (Amount put to tender)
3. Annual Turn Over (ATO): (ATO) = (Financial turn over of civil engineering works in a year) x (Escalation factor) The bidder's available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding should be more than the total estimated cost of the works, which is above Rs 3.00 Crores. Also, the bidder should have the following equipment:

The bidder is required to have prior work experience of similar nature and volume over the last five years from the date of receipt of the bid. The bidder should have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost, put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five years. The bidder needs to provide details of work performed as a prime contractor, including project name, employer, description of work, value of contract, and year-wise value of work done. The bidder should also provide information on the value of work already executed and the value of works remaining to be completed.
