The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar nature of projects, which should be listed in SCHEDULE-D1, including details of projects completed or substantially completed during the last eight years. The information to be provided includes the name of the employer, name of the project, agreement amount, date of starting and completion of work, and year-wise expenditure incurred. The bidder should have executed similar nature of works being a minimum of 50% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding eight years, excluding the current financial year. The value of work executed by the applicant shall be updated to the current price level using the escalation factor. Additionally, the bidder is required to list similar nature of projects in progress during the last five years in SCHEDULE-D2 and provide a certificate from the Engineer-in-Charge for the completed projects. The intending tenderer(s) should have the total financial turn over in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3(three) financial years taken together of the last proceeding five financial years.
