The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion or substantial completion of at least one similar nature of works during the last 5 years from the Base Year. The bidder should provide a list of such projects in Schedule-D1, which includes information such as name of the work, agreement amount excluding GST, major items of work with quantity executed, date of commencement, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion or substantial completion, and value of work done in Indian Rupees excluding GST. The specific value and percentage of similar works completed mentioned are: - The required prior work experience for the bidder is the completion or substantial completion of one road work of Rs.375.93 lakh (excluding GST), which is 30% of the estimated cost. - The major items in similar nature of work are DBM / BM / BC / SDBC. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of Civil construction works of Rs.1253.09 Lakh (excluding GST), which is 200% of the annual current price level, with the base year being 2025-26. The bidder should also have a required bid capacity of more than the estimated cost of the work. The bidder needs to furnish a scanned copy of an experience certificate issued by the Engineer-in-Charge, not below the rank of Executive Engineer, to prove their experience in similar nature of works.
