The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing or substantially completing projects with specific values and percentages of similar works. The bidder needs to have completed projects such as road works, bridge works, building works, irrigation works, and other similar projects. The specific values and percentages of similar works completed are as follows: - Road Works: 90% of the component - Bridge Works: 90% of the component - Building Works: 90% of the component - Irrigation Works: 90% of the component - Structural work: 90% of the component - Earth, Canal & Embankment work: 90% of the component - Pipeline Work: 70% of the component - Sewer Line: 70% of the component - Machinery + Other material: 20% of the component Additionally, the bidder should have executed works worth 50% of the estimated cost put to tender, executed during any 3 financial years taken together of the last preceding 8 years. The bidder is also required to submit a list of similar projects completed or substantially completed during the last eight years, and a list of similar projects in progress during the last five years. The bidder needs to provide a certificate from the Engineer-in-Charge, not below the rank of Superintending Engineer/Executive Engineer, for the projects listed. The value of work executed by the applicant shall be updated to the current price level using the escalation factor, and a certificate to this effect must be enclosed from an officer not below the rank of Superintending Engineer or equivalent officer.
