The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a prime contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last three years. The required prior work experience includes: - At least 48.42 meters of single bridge work, which is a minimum of 50% of the bridge length of the tender invited. - For pile/well foundation work, completion of well sinking/piling of at least 20.10 meters, which is 50% of the total pile length. The value of contracts completed should be mentioned in Rs. in Lakhs. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 50% of the bridge length of the tender invited. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of at least Rs 627.73 Lac in any one year, which is one and a half times the estimated cost of the project. The bidder needs to provide information on the value of contracts completed, including: - Project Name - Name of Employer - Description of work - Value of contract - Contract No. - Date of Issue of Work Order - Stipulated Date of Completion - Actual Date of Completion - Remarks explaining reasons for delay, if any The bidder should also provide proof of completion of similar works during the last 5 years and a list of similar works in hand, duly signed by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the issuing Department. The annual turnover for the last 5 years should be certified by a Chartered Accountant.
