The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a prime contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last three years. Specifically, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least 48.42 M Length of single bridge work, which is a minimum of 50% of the bridge length of the tender invited. In case of Pile/Well foundation work, the bidder should have completed Well Sinking/piling of at least 50% of the Total Pile Length. The bidder should also have executed works outside of Jharkhand State. The value of similar works completed is mentioned as 1.3 (in Rs. Lakhs), but the percentage is not specified in this context.
