The required prior work experience for the bidder is that they should have completed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years (starting from 2019-20 to 2023-24) excluding the current financial year 2024-25. The bidder should also have a minimum annual turnover of 200% of the annual payment of the work put to tender, and the total financial turnover in respect of civil engineering works should be not less than the amount put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years starting from 2019-20 to 2023-24 excluding the current financial year 2024-25. The value and percentage of similar works completed are specified as 75% of the estimated cost put to tender. The estimated cost of the works ranges from Rs. 110.53 Lakhs to Rs. 863.43 Lakhs. The bidder's prior work experience is also evaluated based on the "Total value of Civil Engineering construction work performed in the last five year with certificate from Chartered Accountant" and "Statement showing the value of existing commitments and ongoing works till stipulated period of completion". Additionally, the bidder who has quoted less bid price/rate than the estimated cost put to tender shall have to furnish additional performance security (APS) as per the rate mentioned in the table, which is based on the difference between the estimated cost put to tender and bid amount. The difference ranges are: - Below 5%: No Additional Performance Security - From 5% and above and below 10%: 50% of the difference between estimated cost put to tender and Bid Amount. The incentive for timely completion is also mentioned, which is on a graduated scale of 1 (one) percent to 5 (five) percent of the contract value. The assessment of the incentive is based on the completion of work before a certain percentage of the contract period, with the following scale: - Before 30% of contract period = 5% of Contract Value - Before 20 to 30% of contract period = 4% of Contract Value - Before 10 to 20% of contract period = 3% of Contract Value - Before 5 to 10% of Contract period = 2% of Contract Value - Before 5% of Contract period = 1% of Contract Value.
