The value of similar works completed should be reported for each year: 2019-2020, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024, and 2024-2025. The bidder should also provide information on their work capacity, including existing commitments and ongoing construction works. The bidder is required to invest a minimum cash amount up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the Contract. They should possess a valid electrical license and have executed similar electrical works for a minimum amount as indicated in the Appendix, and a valid license for executing water supply/sanitary engineering works, with similar works executed for a minimum amount as indicated in the Appendix. A testimonial from the Engineer-in-charge is required, stating the bidder's previous experience and performance. The bidder should also provide biographical data for key personnel required for administration and execution of the contract. The percentage of similar works completed is mentioned as 50% of the contract value. The amount for similar works completed is not less than 50% of the estimated value of the contract in the last five years, and not less than one third times the BOQ cost of the project in any one year.
