The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having executed and completed or substantially completed work(s) of similar nature, with a value equal to or above 33% of the average annual cost. The bidder should have achieved an average financial turnover on execution of Civil Engineering works, during any three out of the last five financial years, as per the value given under table “A” of the proposed contract/contracts applied, which is 40% of Advertised Cost. The bidder should have also successfully completed or substantially completed during the last five years similar nature of contract(s)/work(s) of the value as reflected below: - 40% of Advertised Cost for Civil Engineering Works - 33% of Advertised Cost for Similar Works The bidder should have substantially completed, as prime contractor, at least one similar work equal in any one year during the last five years, with a value equal to 33% of the Advertised Cost, and with a satisfactory completion certificate from the concerned officer of the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent. Additionally, the bidder should have an average financial turnover of any three years out of the last five years, as per clause 4 of ITB, supported with TDS and Income Tax Return. The value of work is Rs.285.48 Lacs. The bidder needs to submit their existing commitments on an affidavit, including the value of existing commitments and ongoing works, as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each work. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as (AxNxM-B), where A is the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works, M is a factor with a value of 2.5, and B is the value of existing commencements and ongoing works to be completed during the next 03 years.
