The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar road works costing more than a certain amount under a single agreement in the preceding three years. The bidder should have completed works of similar nature costing at least 50% of the value of the work put to tender in a single contract within the last three years period. Given that the value of the work put to tender is Rs.17,10,00,000/- (17.1 crores), the bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 50% of 17.1 crores, which is 8.55 crores. The Site Engineer should have a minimum field experience, with options including: - One B.E., (Civil) or equivalent Degree holder with three years' experience - Or not less than one Retired Sub-Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer, Or Assistant Divisional Engineer) - Plus two Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering or two Retired Junior Engineers - Or one B.E., (Civil) or equivalent degree holder with three years experience or not less than one Retired Sub Divisional Officer (AEE or ADE) plus one more BE (Civil) or equivalent Degree Holder. For technical personnel under regular employment of the applicant, the experience requirements are: - A B.E Civil (or) equivalent Degree holder with 5 years of experience (or) not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer). - A Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience (or) Retired Junior Engineers.
