The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing at least one Building work of similar nature with a value not less than Rs. 295.00 lakhs under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. For the bidder, the required experience is detailed in Annexure 'D', which includes information on works completed and works in progress. The bidder needs to provide details of similar road works, including type and nature of work, location, name and designation of the employer/owner, value of work as per agreement, and other relevant information. Alternatively, the required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - A B.E Civil (or) equivalent Degree holder with 5 years of experience (or) not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer). - Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience (or) Retired Junior Engineers. - Graduate Engineers: One B.E., (Civil) or equivalent Degree holder with three years of experience. - One Retired Sub-Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer, or Assistant Divisional Officer) plus two Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering or two Retired Junior Engineers. - One B.E., (Civil) or equivalent degree holder with three years of experience or not less than one Retired Sub Divisional Officer (AEE or ADE) plus one more B.E. (Civil) or equivalent Degree Holder. The value of similar works completed is mentioned as not less than Rs. 295.00 lakhs. However, no specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned.
