The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering works, with specific requirements including: - Minimum one similar work done of amount not less than 80% of the estimated cost in the last five years. - Alternatively, minimum two civil works not less than 60% each of the estimated cost, or three civil works not less than 40% each of the estimated cost in the last five years. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 3,68,86,217/-. Additionally, the bidder should have completed works with a value that allows them to meet the qualifying criteria, including: - One Building work not less than 40% of the estimated cost, or - One Civil work not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 5% per annum. For joint ventures, the lead partner shall meet not less than 50% of the qualification criteria, and each of the remaining partners shall meet not less than 25% of all the qualifying criteria.
