The bidder should have been in the Civil Engineering Construction field for at least five years. They should have completed satisfactorily at least one "Road" work of similar nature with a value not less than 50% of the value put to tender, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years in Government or Quasi Government Organizations only. The specific values and percentages mentioned are: - 50% of the value put to tender (including GST) for a single similar road work in the last three years. - The estimated value for the work is mentioned as 106.45 lakhs (including GST), so the bidder should have completed a similar road work of at least 50% of this value, which is 53.225 lakhs. - Annual minimum financial turnover of the Applicant in any one of the preceding 'Three' years should be more than 50% of the estimated value, which is 53.225 lakhs. - The applicant should have a minimum cumulative financial turnover of 150% of the estimated value, which is 159.675 lakhs, from civil engineering constructions in the last three years. For a B.E Civil (or) equivalent Degree holder, 5 years of experience (or) not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer). For a Diploma holder in Civil Engineering, 2 years of experience (or) retired Junior Engineers.
