This Request For Proposals ("rfp") Is Issued By The Royal Ontario Museum ("rom"). We Are seeking A Qualified Telemarketing Agency Who Can Implement And Run All Aspects Of The Museum’s Membership Telemarketing Campaigns For Renewal, Retention, And Acquisition. Rom Takes The Approach To This Type Of Service Beyond The Simple Solicitation Of A Membership. Telemarketing Represents The Public Face Of The Museum — Consequently Customer Service And Experience, Follow-up, Accuracy, And Consistency Of Approach And Training Are Considered To Be Crucial. Membership Categories Are Benefits Driven, However Developing Lifelong Members Is Our Goal And Retention Is Of The Highest Priority. Maximizing Revenue, Strategic Marketing Approaches Are Also Crucial Elements Of The Telemarketing Campaign. Important Note:  the Proponent’s Call Centre For This Assignment Must Be Is Located Within The Greater Hamilton And Toronto Area (ghta). Callers Will Be Required To Have A Thorough Understanding And Personal Experience With Rom (e.g.: Taking Member Tours, Visiting New Exhibitions).
