The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering constructions, with a total value of work performed in the last five years. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as at least 90% of the original contract price for substantially completed works. However, another mention is of at least 50% of the estimated project cost for similar works. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The bidder's annual financial turnover amount and liquid assets are also considered, with the bidder needing to have access to liquid assets up to 25% of the value of the contract.
