The required prior work experience for the bidder is a total value of civil engineering constructions performed in the last five years, with a value of contract for each work. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years, with a stipulated period of completion. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The annual financial turnover of the bidder should be at least the annual value of the contract/contracts applied for, in any one year over the last five years.
