The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works, with a value of up to INR 50 Cr, and a percentage rate tender with specific details. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - Value: up to INR 50 Cr. - Percentage: 20 per cent, which represents the Employer’s additional cost for completing the Works, and at least 90% completion of works for substantially completed works. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in any one year, over the last five years, of the annual value of contract/contracts applied for. The bidder should also provide information on the quantities of work executed, including the value of the contract, and the percentage of work completed, with at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract and 90% completion.
