Bidders must have a Valid Registration Certificate of B Class.

The bid capacity required in the given tender can be calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A*N*2-B) Where: A = Maximum value of work executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to the price level of the year indicated in appendix) taking into account the completed as well as works in Progress. B = Value at current price level of the existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next (period of completion of work for which bids are invited). N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which the bids are invited. Alternatively, the bid capacity required can also be represented as: Available Bid Capacity ≥ Evaluated Bid Price. Additionally, the bidder must meet the minimum criteria of: 1. Achieving a minimum annual financial turnover equal to or greater than the annual value of the contract(s) they are applying for, in at least one year out of the last five years. 2. Having experience in successfully completing or substantially completing a contract of similar nature with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract's value within the last five years.
