The required prior work experience for the bidder is experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of road works of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. Substantially completed works means those works which are at least 90% completed. The bidder should have completed at least 90% of the original contract price to be considered as substantially completed. The value of the similar work completed should be at least 40% of the proposed contract value. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 1802.43 lacs in any one year, over the last five years, in civil engineering construction works. The bidder must demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualification criteria for each contract.
