The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering constructions, with a total value of work performed in the last five years. The required information includes: * Total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years * Description of work, contract number, value of contract, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, and actual date of completion for each project * Quantities of work executed as prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor in the last five years The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract - at least 90 % completed as on the date of submission. The bidder should have acquired experience of execution of all major items of works under the proposed contract, with substantially completed works meaning those works which are at least 90% completed. The bidder should submit a certificate from the employers incorporating clearly the name of the work, contract value, billing amount, date of commencement of works, satisfactory performance of the contractor, and any other relevant information. The bidder should demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualification criteria for each contract. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of Frame structure building work of Ground and above of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The bidder's prior work experience is assessed based on the maximum value of work executed in any one year during the last five years. The available bid capacity is calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A*N*2-B), where A = Maximum value of work executed in any one year, B = Value of existing commitments and ongoing works, and N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works. The bidder's experience is evaluated based on the completed as well as works in progress during the last five years, with the maximum value of work executed in any one year being a key factor. The value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 12 months is also taken into account. In case of a joint venture, the lead partner shall meet not less than 50% of all criteria, and the joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria. The experience of other joint venture partners shall be considered if it is not less than 30% of the qualifying criteria. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of any one of the last five financial years, which should be more than the annual value of the contract applied for. The available bid capacity should be more than the total estimated cost of the works.
