The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar works, such as highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar work of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90% completed as on the date of submission. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover, defined as billing for works in progress and completed in all classes of civil engineering construction works only, in any one year, over the last five years of the annual value of contract/contracts applied for. The bidder needs to provide information on the total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years, with details for each year from 2019-2020 to 2023-2024. The bidder also needs to provide information on the quantities of work executed, including cement concrete, masonry, earthworks, and bituminous work, for each year from 2019-2020 to 2023-2024. The bidder must also provide information on their existing commitments and ongoing works, including the description of works, place and state, contract number, name and address of the employer, and value of the contract. The bidder should have a minimum cash investment of up to 25% of the value of the work during the implementation of the contract. The value of the contract is required to be mentioned in Rs. Crore, and the quantities of work executed are required to be mentioned in Cum/MT. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years, with at least one contract of similar work of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract, and substantially completed works should be at least 90% completed.
