The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Quantity of work performed in the last five years - Existing commitments and ongoing works - Qualifications and experience of key personnel - Proposed sub-contractors and firms involved - Financial reports for the last five years - Evidence of access to financial resources Additionally, the bidder should have prior work experience in road construction, specifically in new road construction work or widening of carriageway, with: - A minimum value of Rs. 50 lakhs for similar works completed - A minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 8.59 crores in the last five years - Completion of at least 50% of the similar work in the last five years, with a minimum value of Rs. 3.43 crores - Completion of at least one contract of similar works of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years, with substantially completed works meaning those works which are at least 90% completed as on the date of submission. The bidder should also have liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of at least 25% of the contract price, which is Rs. 85.97 lacs.
