The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The substantially completed works should be at least 90% completed. The value of the proposed contract is Rs. 3,94,04,256.09, and the bidder should have experience in completing a contract of at least 40% of this value, which is Rs. 1,57,61,702.43. The bidder should have prior work experience in civil engineering constructions, with specific requirements for the cost of the work to be executed, such as: - More than Rs.50 lakhs - More than Rs.15 lakhs but less than Rs.50 lakhs - Less than Rs.15 lakhs but more than Rs.5 lakhs - Less than Rs.5 lakhs The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature with a value of at least the estimated tender value of the work, which is Rs. 3,94,04,256.09. The bidder should provide information on the value of similar works completed, with a requirement for substantially completed works to be at least 90% completed. The bidder should have access to liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract/contracts applied. The lead partner should meet not less than 50 percent of all criteria, and the joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria. The experience of the other joint venture partners should be considered if it is not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria. The bidder should provide a certificate from the employer, incorporating the name of the work, contract value, billing amount, date of commencement of works, and satisfactory performance of the contractor. The bidder should provide information on the quantities of work executed, including cement concrete, masonry, earthworks, and bituminous work. The bidder is also required to submit an undertaking to invest a minimum of 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract.
