The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering constructions, specifically having completed works of a similar nature over the last five years. The total value of civil engineering constructions performed in the last five years is mentioned as 20, 20, 20, 20, and 20 (in Rs. Lakhs). The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years.
