The bidder should have prior work experience as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor, with execution of all main items of work described in the bid documents. The experience should be in works of a similar nature over the last five years and in the current year before the submission of the bid. The bidder is required to provide information on the quantities of work executed, including Cement Concrete, Masonry, Earth Works, and Bituminous Work. They should also provide details of projects completed, including project name, name of the employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract, and dates of completion. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 90 percent of the original contract price. They should also have access to liquid assets of up to 25 percent of the value of the contract. The required prior work experience includes having two graduate Civil Engineers and three diploma Civil Engineers for works costing more than Rs.50 lakhs, one graduate and two diploma Civil Engineers for works costing more than Rs.15 lakhs but less than Rs.50 lakhs, at least two diploma Civil Engineers for works costing less than Rs.15 lakhs but more than Rs.5 lakhs, and at least one diploma Civil Engineer for works costing less than Rs.5 lakhs.
